I received a CAS from CDSL. Will it work?

No, CDSL CAS will not work. There are two different types of CAS statements:

CDSL CAS - Includes Demat + MF holdings, sent monthly by email automatically. Different format, not supported.
✓
CAMS / KFintech CAS - MF statement you request manually. CAMS and KFintech work together, so you can request from either portal to get a consolidated view of all your MF holdings. This is what MFPA needs.
